Refund Policy for Digicize Services
1. Refund Eligibility:
Refunds will be considered if a client experiences dissatisfaction with our services or if the services fail to meet the agreed-upon objectives. Each refund request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
2. Requesting a Refund:
Clients must submit a refund request in writing to info.digicize@gmail.com within 3 days from the completion of the service. The request should include specific details outlining the reasons for seeking a refund.
3. Evaluation Process:
Upon receiving a refund request, Digicize will conduct a thorough evaluation to determine its validity. Additional information or clarification may be requested during this process.
4. Refund Approval:
If a refund is approved, Digicize will initiate the refund within 2 days using the original payment method. Any transaction fees incurred during the initial payment may be deducted from the refund amount.
5. Non-Refundable Circumstances:
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
- Change in client’s business objectives or priorities.
- Failure to provide necessary cooperation or information required for service delivery.
- Services have been delivered as per the agreed-upon terms.
- No-Show Policy:
If you fail to appear for the 1-to-1 consultation, no refund will be provided. - Qualification Requirement:
We’ve clearly stated that this consultation is designed for businesses spending at least ₹50K per month on ads. If you book the call despite not meeting this requirement, no refund will be issued. - Missing Required Information:
If you do not provide necessary access to your Facebook ads account, Shopify store, or any other essential details during the call, we will not be able to perform the audit. In this case, the call will not be rescheduled, and no refund will be provided. - Incorrect Business Information:
If you provide incorrect information, such as a false designation or misleading brand details, we cannot proceed with the audit, and no refund will be given.
7. Modifications to the Refund Policy:
Digicize reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes through the website or direct communication.
